The road of colors and tastes of the Pistoia Apennines has been originated by the will to enhance the rural, artistic and traditional tourism. The three itineraries of the “Road of colors and tastes of the Pistoia Apennines” provoke various and intense emotions, by enhancing the naturalistic, landscape, historical, artistic, gastronomical and ethnological-folklore emotions of the whole territory of the Pistoia Apennines.  

The three itineraries (yellow, red and green), where local products and historic and cultural heritage become a promotion instrument for the territory, are kept together by just one symbol: the main element of the coordinated image of the road and its road and business signs which help the tourist discover the territory.
